changed medium mechs to only be able to take 2-handed weapons as extra
added parrying ability for energy shields, and specified ranged attacks only for normal ability
changed harpy pattern battlesuits to recruits or soldiers (rather than veterans), removed speed/health rule, and added ability to take 4 plasma claws
