changed tech level needed to parry from 3 to 5

added rule not being able to parry if your weapon is 2 sizes smaller than attacker's

added rule needing as many dice to parry attacks as attack has damage

added debuffs to agility for power armour

added definition of flying

added tech level for anti-matter weapons (was missing)

added compression blaster, distortion beamer, heavy chainsaw, plasma broadaxe, phase broadsword, and changed distortion cannon to small arms 

added gunners and agility for vehicles

changed medium mechs to only be able to take 2-handed weapons as extra

added parrying ability for energy shields, and specified ranged attacks only for normal ability

changed harpy pattern battlesuits to recruits or soldiers (rather than veterans), removed speed/health rule, and added ability to take 4 plasma claws
