Been a while hasn’t it? I’ve been really busy over the last few months, and haven’t really had time to do much on this website. But here are some updates now, and hopefully soon I’ll be able to start uploading stuff more regularly.
Firstly, a new game! I mostly finished this a while ago, but I’ve tidied it up a bit now, and added a little more, and I am proud to present: Dirty Wheels! It’s a post-apocalyptic car combat game designed to be played with converted toy cars. It’s a very simple game, but there’s loads of variety in how you equip your cars, and it’s all designed to be very relaxed and fun. There are no points costs for things, just make some cars, and have a good time! I’ll hopefully have some more blog posts about this game up at some point, as well as possibly some STLs, and maybe some expansions down the line. Who knows!
I’ve also moved all the army lists for At the Gates of Doom into one big PDF, available on both the downloads and main pages. The individual ones are still available on their faction pages since it’s likely there won’t be any more edits to them, but going forwards, I intend to spread things out as little as possible for the sake of ease of updating and use.
The new editions of Gates of Doom and Day of Glory have also been progressing well. They will be done… at some point. I haven’t firmly decided yet, but I’m thinking they will both be split into two documents- a core rulebook, including army lists, and a “lore-book” which will have information about the setting and the factions, as well as possibly some more, optional rules and scenarios. The lore is also changing in some aspects from what’s currently on the website now- some factions will have a slightly different history and such, but the main difference will just be more detail and information on everything.
Miniatures are… also happening. I’ve been having some problems with my printer, which has meant delays, but I am working on multiple ones, including a couple for Gates of Doom, and the first few for Day of Glory! Hopefully I’ll be able to get them done soon.
And that’s it for now! I hope there’ll be more soon, but for now, goodbye!
